As a customer you reserve the right to withdraw and you have a deadline of fourteen (14) calendar days to return the product.
Any products’ return may be carried out after prior contact by phone to 2155454501 or by sending an e-mail to info@angelsbeauty.gr.
Return of non-defective products
The product must be accompanied by the relevant transaction receipt. (Retail sale receipt- Return form). Until the product reaches us, it is under your responsibility, therefore it is important to take care of its safe transport in order to avoid any damage and therefore the inability to return it. The cost of returning the product or products to our premises is borne exclusively by the customer / buyer
Once the parcel has been received and the necessary check has been carried out, you can proceed:
To the exchange of the product with another of equal or greater value. In this case you will be charged with the shipment cost of the new parcel. You must contact us prior to the replacement process and shipment of the new product.
To a refund equal to the cost of the returned products which will be completed within 5 working days from the date the products will be received. The refund will be credited to the customer's bank account. Any bank charges will be for the customer’s account.
Returns are only accepted if the products the customer wishes to return are in exactly the same condition in which they were received, that is, without having been unsealed (removal of protective wrapping) or having their packaging torn or broken.
Returns / changes are not accepted for products that do not have a safety tape (Bulk Perfumes, lip gloss, mascara, lip liner, eye liner, nail polishes, body lotion, shower gels and in general items that come in direct contact with the skin) for reasons of hygiene and health protection.
In case of defective product, please notify us within 24 hours at 2155454501.
In case the product reaches you in a damaged condition, please inform the Courier company within the next 8 hours so that they can take responsibility for the shipment, otherwise the product cannot be returned
During the refund process, we can either credit your account for a new or future purchase, or a refund can be made.
